We are surrounded by bushland and recently had a possum problem in our two storey modern home. The possums had worked out how to follow the air conditioning ducting from under the house and manage to gain access to the space between floors and the roof. Truly didn’t know how we were going to remove them.Peter’s team were great! Timely and efficient. Fraser installed mesh to all possible entry points and a one-way flap. Within a few days the possums had found their way out and were not able to get back in. Fraser provided follow up checks and removed the flap once all the possums were gone.I highly recommend contacting Peter and his team about any possum problems.

We recently had Michael attend our place to remove a possum from our roof space. Michael was lovely to deal with, friendly, professional and very reasonably priced.After having recent work done on our roof and a hole repaired, I was worried the possum had no way of getting out and could potentially die of thirst or hunger. So the team were able to reschedule some jobs, to attend our place ASAP, taking cake of the possum's welfare. I was very grateful that the possum was safely removed in a timely manner.I highly recommend Michael and the team, if you need a possum relocated from your roof space!

I've been using this company for years for a number of different issues, including removing a resident possum from the roof cavity; dealing with rats; and most recently, helping us deal with a very frightening swarm of bees that surrounded the house for days. We had a hole in the weatherboards up high in the second storey of our house. Miner birds had discovered the hole and were very busy making a nest. We could hear them flapping and scratching about inside the bedroom wall. PTPM came and ensured there were no eggs in the nest, no birds in the wall, spray thoroughly for bird lice and securely and permanently covered the hole. Five star service !

Prompt response, quick to arrive and assess the issue. Discovered the problem very promptly. Charged a fair price and recommended a solid Roofer to fix the tiles and gaps that the possums were getting into. Used humane cages effectively to remove the trapped possums from my roof. I now no longer have possums! 5 stars.

I called regarding a bush turkey which was destroying my garden almost every day. The staff were very warm and friendly, and reassured me that the animal would be relocated safely to an appropriate location. They responded very quickly to my request, and we managed to catch our troublesome bush turkey within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend Peter the Possum Man!

Had the boys out to vacuum up our Cool 'n Cosy + install new insulation.Quote was lower than most of the others we got to compare, and even included a solar extraction fan/etc that the others didn't want to install.The job ended up being much bigger than they originally thought it would be, but everybody on site was a pleasure to deal with and did a phenomenal job.One of the best tradie experiences I've had in a long time!

My sanity has been saved by engaging with Peter the Possum Man and his helpful team. We built a new house and installed solar panels, which the local pigeon population thought was a delightful new home from them. All day I would hear pigeons cooing and pooing from my roof.Communication with the team was great. We had the solar panels cleaned the day before the pigeon proofing was installed. The installer sent photos to confirm the job had been finished. The pigeons no longer have an area to roost and nest under. I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend this service.

I recently had my roof insulation done by this company and I am extremely happy with the results! They did a thorough job of vacuuming the entire ceiling, removing the old insulation, and installing new insulation. Peter the Possum Man team was very helpful and prompt to remove the persistent possum taking up residence in my roof ventilator on my roof. With the mesh now installed they have not come back, and I have noticed they are back in the Neighbours trees where they should be.

We have been a client of Peter the Possum man for over 5 years. Initially they helped us with possum removal and Matt was excellent in communicating with us the issues. He not only removed the possum but sealed the entrances so no more could get in.We live near a forested area, so have also had mouse and rat prevention done yearly. This has been very effective.Matt has been the only technician we have worked with and the continuity over several years was something we appreciate. These guys where excellent. They removed the Insulation from my roof and install a solar ark. MY Roof was full of old broken roof tiles that the origional owner left. It was a really hard job but they soldiered on... would recommend them.

Selling our rental property and the B&P came back that the gutters were blocked. I’m always forgetting to look up - timely reminder that clean gutters is an important but often overlooked chore. Being two storey, not an easy job to do either. Contacted Pete the Possum Man online and it was ridiculously easy. Admin contacted me back, put me in touch with Shane and he coordinated everything. Sent through before and after shots… we really could have jacked up the selling price and advertised our ‘rooftop garden’. What a mess! But fortunately no more. Shane was efficient, contact was fast and professional. And they did a great job. Highly recommend.

We had pigeons roosting under our solar panels and pooping on our balcony. Peter the Possum man installed netting under the panels and spikes where they perch. A few months later and it continues to work very well - we now get minimal noise and no more bird poop :)

We have an ongoing problem with leaf matter causing blockages in our roof gutters and down pipes. The roof is very high and awkward to clean. Superb and efficient service. A one-way door was fitted to our roof and our security camera (aka 'possumcam'!) picked up the possum leaving the same night. The holes were securely blocked and it hasn't been back.

I was at my witt's end regarding bush turkeys and their mound building activities in my garden.. it was when I read on Peter the Possum Man website that once the mound is underway NOTHING will deter them.. I realised then that I should have called them earlier.. if I had, I would have salvaged more of my garden, half of which was destroyed in the mound construction. Peter the Possum man's chap came and within 5 minutes the turkey was caught.. and hopefully is now happily scratching away in a place far from me ..Their trap included a mirror (to attract the male turkey), will not be left unless one there is someone who can throw a blanket over the cage once the turkey is caught, complies with all legislative requirements vis a vis animal health and wellbeing. Recommend unconditionally.

Shaun Peter Possum Man came and listened to my concerns about both rats and possums at my place. Getting into walls and roof of my old place they were tricky to deal with. He set appropriate one way doors and released the possums that came through the cages unharmed. His choice of rodent eradication worked. He came and visited several times until the job was definitely thoroughly achieved. Shaun was really polite and friendly to deal with and clearly took pride in his work and achieving a good result. I recommend his service.

Installing solar panels resulted in many pigeons deciding that they would like to roost and nest on our roof, which was noisy and messy. We emailed Peter the Possum Man and received a call and quote promptly. The following week the job was completed, so quick and efficient service. Sean is our "rat man". He is funny, generous and a great help in controlling our rat population - not easy when you have a chook yard and bird aviaries. We recently bought a house and after moving in, discovered three possums actually living inside the house and another two living in the roof cavity.Andrew was absolutely fantastic - very knowledgeable, patient, committed and kind.He trapped all five of the possums and possum-proofed the entry points. Great service and friendly people both in person (Glen) and over the phone (Susan). Have used them a couple of times and found their services to be great. Would happily recommend to everyone, not just for possums but for other things like rats/mice etc

We had a possum take up residence in our roof. We found Peter the Possum Man were very professional and knowledgeable. They found the entry point, closed it off and allowed the possum to exit the roof. Very happy with their service. Would use them again.

The whole process was very easy and everyone I spoke or emailed with were always very friendly and able to answer my questions promptly. The work on the day was done much more quickly than I thought and there was no cleaning up or rubbish left behind. I work from home and they were a lot quieter than I envisaged which was great. I also had installed two electric air extractors so I'm looking forward to a much cooler summer this year. I happily recommend them to anyone looking to have insulation or air extractors work done. Amazing! Matt cleaned and pigeon-proofed our solar panels. He also let us know of a shattered solar panel while he was providing our free quote (the other quoting company didn’t mention it) and also how the building company had left rubbish and rubble in our gutters. He even cleaned up the gutters for us. Matt was fantastic and friendly. If that wasn’t enough, they were also a lot cheaper than the other company. Couldn’t recommend them more.

This was the second time we've had Micheal to our property and he was just as amazing as the first time. He advised me what he would be doing, what we could expect from our little visitors that night when they got their eviction notice and then called me everyday after to check on the progress. Excellent service. I was not home when they came around and through miscommunication on my part they accidentally missed one wasp nest. They came back promptly and found another three that I had missed myself and exterminated them at the same time for no additional charge.

Very professional. Came out the day after calling to remove a whole bunch of wasp nests on our outside 2nd storey window which was quite high. They even attended at the time I requested at short notice which I was very grateful for. Sent a thank you postcard in the mail with colouring in of a possum which my children loved. Wasps have not returned. I've kept their magnet on fridge incase I need to use this business again. Highly recommend! Thank you

Sean came out to inspect our house and provided honest and thorough advice. Turned out when the possum left our ceiling one night, I was able to secure the opening, and Sean confirmed. He educated me about possum behavior and made recommendations. We plan to use him in the future should the need arise.

Shaun came and visited our house as we had some sneaky possums in the roof. Shaun did a great job locating where they were getting in, blocked it up and trapped and released a possum the next day. We found out there was another possum still in the roof and Shaun had no hesitation coming back to trap her and set her free. Great job and I could tell Shaun really cared about the possums welfare through the process. Highly recommend.

When up on my roof, giving my panels a yearly clean, I disturbed Mr or Mrs possum, who had set up home beneath them. (resilient buggers, it gets SO HOT up there.)So, a quick online search found Pete the Possum Man, (whom I vaguely recalled from somewhere.)A quick phone call initiated the process with me kept in the loop from the quote to completion; which was appreciated as I was away by this time.So, the job was a little challenging but done as soon as the inclement weather permitted, with Mr or Mrs Possum having to move to a more accessible abode, with the work having been done exactly as quoted!

Scrub Turkey Removal - WOW what a mess they can do to your garden in such a short time. I made a booking, Matt arrived, set the trap, showed me what to do once it was trapped and within 1.5 hours it was caught. Matt returned, explained that I need to flatten the nest to stop another one from coming in thinking his job was half done and then removed the turkey.So yes worth every cent!Highly recommend Peter The Possum & Bird Man - Brisbane.

Used for Pigeon deterrent services and found to be expensive, inefficient and poor comms: Firstly the service was delayed due weather which is unavoidable. Secondly I was expecting them to arrive on a certain day for cleaning the roof but they subcontracted out to somebody else who did not realise it was a three story dwelling and needed to come back with an extra long ladder (they had come already to do a quote for over $200 and should have passed this information on). The next service was to install pigeon proofing but after the cleaning I did not get any further indication of when they were coming - next thing I get a bill for the service that I had no idea was installed. I cannot verify that it has been installed and would have liked to have talked to the installer or possibly get a picture from the roof. All up it was around 2k.

I contacted Pete the Possum man to help to get rid of a possum from our roof space. Dave arrived on time and quickly identified the entry point in the roof. He quickly sent through a quote with an outline of his intentions and once we accepted he came back and soon enough we were possumless, yeah our hero!We were very happy overall with the service and communication from the company and more so with Dave who restored our sanity and sleep. I would definitely recommend them.

We have been using their services for a number of years now. They are professional and responsive. Initially I called them when we started hearing noices from the attic. They identified the pest as rats and did the treatment for it. I have been using them for yearly inspection ever since. I have not experienced any troubles with pests at all. I recommend them.

Got rid of the first brush turkey in half an hour after turning up. Then when another male rebuilt the nest turned up promptly with another cage and when the second bird finally went into it a couple of weeks later came within the hour to take it away. Great service

Vacuuming out of original loft insulation and installation of new polyester, combined as a single operation. All went smoothly. I didn't have to do anything other than open the garage doors and show them the loft hatch, and they got on with it, and left the place cleaned up and tidy when finished. Also appreciated freely given prior verbal advice from various staff, both about choice of new insulation and ongoing rodent control.
