“I had Shane come out and give me a quote on my insulation job and he was punctual and on time and took the time to explain exactly what was required. At no stage did I feel like I did not understand the job or the product options, and he went out of his way to answer every question I had. He was also helpful in pointing me in the right direction of where to research specific questions that I had about the insulation. It was this service, as well as the pricing, that gave me the confidence to book him in for the job.
On the day of the installation Shane and his team were on time and ready to go. I had to go to work and when I got home there was no sign that they had even been at my home – they had cleaned up the site and everything was how it was before they came. To me this is important as I am over having jobs done and tradesmen leaving a mess and not cleaning up after themselves. Thanks mate!
